I have completed three contracts with MNad Construction, two exterior contracts and one interior contract, all contracts were completed on time and on budget, workman ship was excellent. The big extra plus was communication and the ability to find solutions to problems they encounter during a renovation.

Martin, Melanie and Fred did outstanding work at our house in Mont Tremblant. We wanted a timber frame entrance but didn’t wish to copy any that we had seen. Hence we did our research online and found inspiration there. MNad introduced us to a designer/architect who drew the plans according to our ideas and Martin and his team constructed the roof, column and porch. The workmanship is excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We were certain a new front door would be required to complete the project. The existing thick wood door never fit properly and the insulation in the foyer was inadequate. Martin added the necessary insulation and re-installed the existing door. We are extremely pleased with the result. When the entrance was complete, Martin’s team moved on to renovate a bathroom for us. The subcontractors were very professional and efficient. Again, we are very pleased with our new bathroom. We won’t hesitate to call MNad for our next renovation project.
